Data we collect

Enquiry form fields: name, email, selected programme, experience level, and message content.
Booking and invoicing details once a place is confirmed.
Charts and journal files you voluntarily send for mentoring or review.
Technical logs such as IP address and basic device information if analytics cookies are accepted.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests and, where you initiate a contract, steps prior to contract). Booking data is processed to perform the training contract and meet accounting duties. Optional analytics run only with consent gathered via the cookie banner.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 18 months. Contracts, invoices, and related correspondence are kept for six years to meet UK accounting and limitation needs. Chart attachments are deleted within 90 days after the related session or review unless you ask us to keep them for ongoing mentoring.

Processors and transfers

We use email and file-storage providers to operate the studio. Where a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on an adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses as appropriate. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in the circumstances the law allows. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site storage and revisiting the banner choice. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
