Acceptance

By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry you confirm that you have read these terms. If you book a programme, the confirmation email and invoice form part of the contract together with these terms and the refund policy.

Training nature and no advice

Evolutionary Systems provides educational training in technical analysis for swing trading. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes personalised investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or an offer of portfolio management. Markets involve risk of capital loss.

Eligibility

Programmes are intended for adults aged 18 or over who are legally able to trade or study markets in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local rules that apply to your activity.

Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, checklists, marked examples, and site content remain the property of Evolutionary Systems. You may keep personal notes from sessions for your own use. You may not republish, resell, or record sessions for distribution without written permission.

Accounts and conduct

You agree to provide accurate contact details when enquiring, to keep shared chart material free of malware, and to behave respectfully in group sessions. We may remove a participant who disrupts teaching or shares other attendees’ charts outside the group.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep programme descriptions current. Cohort dates, capacity, and fees may change; the confirmation email controls what you have booked.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in the United Kingdom, Evolutionary Systems is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
